Today, we’re focusing on reds and pinks, with lots of berries and fresh ideas that pop. Don’t be afraid of pink, there are plenty of complimentary shades to work with. Raspberries, Strawberries, Cherries and others are great color palette inspiration. Pair these feminine shades with a neutral partner to really bring out the colors.

I love the candles and fondu utensils for the marshmallows, the apothecary jars are a great touch and perfect for presentation. The coke float table is also a great idea, it’s a nice way to mix up how your guests can use the ice cream: either make a sundae, or make a float! Love the vintage parlor glasses as well.

The presentation is just fantastic, and you can really make it work with any theme. After all, who doesn’t love a sundae? All these types of containers can be found at Ikea, which makes it a budget friendly idea also. It may look pricey, but you can do it yourself much cheaper.

It is common for couples to have their “first time we met” stories based around holidays. Holidays are a cause for social events, parties, and gatherings. This is often where you meet “friends of friends” for the first time, or maybe even be the victim of a friend trying to play cupid. Maybe on the same day, the following year, he proposes! Choosing a day that meant something to you follows in suit with choosing your wedding date. It could be Halloween, and you can get away with it!

Here are some great ideas for Halloween themed weddings, or just autumn and fall weddings in general. Incorporate the season, use it as inspiration! Find elements that are true to the time of year, iconic for the season. Pumpkins may be obvious, but maple leaves, greenery, and seasonal floral can also be used. Gold, cinnamon, spiced beer and other warm details are also reminiscent of the atmosphere.
