Inspiration Palette #17

Inspired by a beautiful cake featured in this post, I wanted to go with a cooler palette this time. These details would be great for a Spring wedding; cool colors don’t always have to be for winter! The bouquet is one of my absolute, all time favorites.

Wedding Inspiration Palette

Colors: Navy, Periwinkle, Steel Blue, Vanilla, Silver.

Elements: Lavender, Hyacinths, Forget Me Nots, Feathers, Vintage and Rustic details.

Sarah & Steve’s Vibrant Arizona Desert Wedding

Sarah Rhoads Photographers are an incredibly talented husband-wife duo working out of Seattle, WA, who shot the breath taking Arizona Desert wedding of Sarah and Steve. There’s nothing I love more than colorful succulents, and what a perfect choice they were for this wedding! Vibrant succulents being the focal point in both the (stunning!) bouquet and the reception centerpieces, it just goes to show, you don’t need a wedding in a garden to have a little color! Romantic English Wedding in Devon

I really love Rosie Parsons’ photography, and this is yet another beautiful wedding she’s shot. Jess and Fred were married at the Great Barn in Higher Ashton, Devon, a stunning backdrop for a romantic ceremony. A combination of the quaint, 15th Century English stone cathedral, and the lush, outdoor surroundings makes for a unique and cozy atmosphere. It just goes to show, if you choose a location with a lot of character, you don’t need many details to create a beautiful and simplistic wedding. My absolute favorite is the photo with the vivid red leaves, such a picturesque image of an autumn wedding!

Inspiration Palette # 15

The autumn wedding season is here, along with the sudden change in weather. Although you may think the autumn and winter seasons are about muted colors, there are plenty of vibrant, rich and deep tones to be found in the colder months. Weddings with a rustic aesthetic are all the rage this time of year, as are earth tones and natural elements. A wedding in the fall can be just as colorful as a springtime wedding, only with an entirely different palette.

Autumn Wedding Inspiration Palette

Colors: Vermillion, Gold, Peach, Khaki, Taupe.

Elements: Autumn leaves, pumpkins and gourds, topaz and earth-tone jewels, natural and rustic details.

Candlelit Pews

A sweet and simple element to light the aisle for your ceremony. I love the mood tea light lanterns set, where ever you may use them in your decor.
